In Japan, motsuni—a hearty stew of beef intestine simmered with vegetables, soy sauce, miso, and dashi—
is a beloved classic.

When the umami of beef intestine, soy sauce, and dashi meets the sweetness of vegetables,
you simply can’t put your beer down.

This time, Dashi Okume is using a generous amount and a special blend of dashi to bring out even deeper umami.

We’re collaborating with Dashi Okume to pair their motsuni with our Saltfields Rice Lager. The beer’s subtle koji umami and gentle rice sweetness pair perfectly with the Motsuni’s rich flavor.
